GP Earnings 2023/24
Last Updated: Thursday, 27 March 2025All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.
The average pay for GPs working in The Village Surgery in the 2023/24 financial year was £76,592 before tax and National Insurance. This is for one full-time GP, three part-time GPs and two locums GP who worked in the practice for more than six months.
